Brain Injury Association Information

The members of the American Academy of Brain Injury Attorneys proudly support the Brain Injury Association of America and their state chartered affiliates.

We support the mission of the Brain Injury Association of America:

A world where all preventable brain injuries are prevented, all unpreventable brain injuries are minimized, and all individuals who have experienced brain injury maximize their quality of life.

The Brain Injury Association of America and your own state’s brain injury association can provide useful information to your family member or yourself following a traumatic brain injury.

We are proud that many of our officers and members have served as officers and directors of their individual state brain injury associations.  Active participation and support of state brain injury association activities is a requirement for membership in the America Academy of Brain Injury Attorneys.

We Believe…

We believe that we must strive to be the best trial lawyers we can be. We believe we must give back to the legal profession and provide education to other lawyers on legal techniques necessary for representation of those with injuries resulting in brain damage. We believe we must make a difference in our community and actively support our state brain injury associations. We believe that the best cure for a brain injury is prevention and support programs and activities that reduce the risk of traumatic brain damage.

We believe that the legal representation of brain trauma victims must be accomplished with compassion and respect.
